Challenge: In small town Walhalla lies a forgotten 1950's Courthouse. The town is experiencing growth from new industries and needs office space to attack young professionals. In addition to providing multiuse office space, I wanted to include a large space for community gatherings, and bike shop. By reusing 77% of the existing structure I got to examine the exiting conditions of the structure and ADA compliances and bring this courthouse back to life.
